Learning module / Training in Advocacy

We are pleased to invite you to attend the Learning module / Training  in Advocacy, an event  organized on 10-11 May 2016, at the Timis County Youth Foundation, Timisoara (Timisoara Youth House, 19 Aries Street, Timisoara, Romania).

This event is organized by the Project partners, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration – West University of Timisoara, Social Science Research Institute – University of Iceland, Timis County Youth Foundation and Roma Women Association “For Our Children” from Timisoara.

The participants will learn about advocacy, as a general principle that governs democracy, but also about the specific expressions of advocacy in youth work and the non-profit sector. The objective of the training is to ensure the mission`s transparency and performance of higher education institutions, quality growth, governance improvement and diversification of funding sources and human rights. It also aims at fighting against school segregation, discrimination and other potential social risks.
